PREORDERS

Preorders will be collected and shipping once manufacturing is complete. If, for any reason, preorders are unable to be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued. Recipients will be notified by email when items have been shipped or refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes / APO or FPO addresses. Payment is charged immediately when you preorder. Preorder prices are subject to change without notice and are at the sole discretion of Bashpole Group. By preordering on our Site, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
